1. Place the plasma sterilization indicator card in the center of the standard test package or item, with the end of the card printed with the indicator placed in the middle of the item package. The indicator card should be placed at the intersection of the hard container or at least at two diagonals, or in the most difficult to sterilize place. For each sterilization process, place one indicator card in each large package and in the package of the difficult-to-sterilize part. Wrap the indicator card with gauze or kraft paper to prevent the indicator card from getting damp and affecting the result judgment.

2. According to the routine sterilization operation, at a temperature of 60°C-80°C and a humidity of 80%-90%, after a sterilization cycle, the indicator card color block changes from green to yellow, which can be judged that the sterilization package has been sterilized; if the indicator card changes color unevenly or the color does not change, it means that the package has not been sterilized.
